Q: What do I do first if I would like to set up a party or sports outing?
A: Since the club is open to residents and guests, it is suggested that you call as soon as possible to ensure a reservation for your event date. Please call 727-372-8633 Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Q: I would like to view the facilities. Do I need an appointment? A: We recommend that you make an appointment so that we can assure that someone is available to show you the Clubhouse and answer all the questions you may have.
A: We book our wedding receptions in 4-hour increments. Evening events take place between 5pm and 12am.
Q: Can we provide our own food and liquor? A: Due to liabilitiy policies, all food must be provided by Timber Greens with the exception of the wedding cake. No food may leave the premises with the exception of the wedding cake. In accordance with Florida State Law, alcohol may not be brought into the club. The club will not allow any persons less than 21 years of age to be served alcoholic beverages. Timber Greens also reserves the right to withhold alcohol form any person deemed impaired.
Q: May we order food not offered on the menu samples? A: Menu selections are not limited to the items listed. If you prefer, the staff will be happy to plan a specialized menu to fit your needs.
Q: What is the dress code? A: The general Clubhouse attire is casual dress in good taste. Bathing attire and bare feet are not acceptable in the clubhouse at any time.
A: A non-refundable deposit and signed function contract is required to confirm your function date and time.
